1. Shipping Coverage and Restrictions

Domestic Shipping Only: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations at this time.

Origin: All orders are shipped from our secure facility in Rockwood, TN (37854).

2. Shipping Methods and Service Levels

Available Carriers and Services — during checkout, you may choose from the following shipping options (subject to availability based on destination):

• USPS Priority Mail — Est. 2-3 business days
• UPS Ground — Est. 1-5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air — Est. 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air Saver — Next business day by 3:00 PM
• FedEx Ground — Est. 1-5 business days
• FedEx 2Day — Est. 2 business days
• FedEx Standard Overnight — Next business day by 4:30 PM

All shipments include real-time tracking information. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on origin, destination, weather, and carrier capacity.

3. Processing and Handling Time

Same-Day Shipping Cutoffs: Orders placed and confirmed before the following cutoff times typically ship the same day:

• Monday–Friday: 2:30 PM EST
• Saturday–Sunday: 12:00 PM EST

Orders placed after these cutoffs will be processed and shipped the following day.

Extended Processing may occur during:

• High-volume periods
• Federal holidays
• Inventory restocking periods
• Order verification requirements
